- The bookkeepers’ responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Record and categorize daily payments and expenses, especially those pertaining to a certain property/project.
- Communicate effectively with project managers to ensure all transactions are being accounted for.
- Send customer invoices and record payments received.
- Conduct bank reconciliations every week.
- Create monthly financial statements/balance sheets.
- Process payroll for Coalescence and all subsidiaries
- Prepare the books for the accountant
- Provide year-end financials and tax documents for the accountant.

- The accountants’ responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare adjusting entries.
- Analyze the cost of operations.
- Advise CEO during financial decision making.
- Review and analyze financial statements
- Assess financial health and prepare financial forecasts.
- Perform audits.
- File tax returns, conduct tax planning, and provide tax advice.
- Execute 1031 exchanges, Section 179 write-offs (and other write-offs), execute depreciation, and assist with tax deferment, etc.
