  • The acquisition managers responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Analyze keywords, web traffic, and market trends 
    • Work with growth teams
    • Track, measure and analyze user engagement and conversions
    • Track and manage multiple lead generation channels
    • Increase organic traffic
    • Perform SEO research and identifying effective content and keywords
    • Implement best Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices and techniques
    • Prepare and present reports on marketing strategy
    • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices
    • Build a strong back-link acquisition strategy
    • Build relationships and networks with bloggers, journalists, and industry influencers
  • The acquisition representative’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
    • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
    • Develop comprehensive plan for gathering new leads for all facets of Coalescence Development and Coalescence Capital. 
    • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
    • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
    • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
    • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
    • Maintain excellent PR skills between you and our clientele
