- The project managers responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Determine/draft and define scope of work and deliverables
- Predict resources needed to complete project
- Work with interior designers to establish a design plan/rendering for the finished project.
- Coordinate with photographers/videographers for before/after photos as well as social media content creation.
- Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
- Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Maintain detailed expense tracking down to the exact cent/coordinate with the bookkeepers/accountants.
- Provide direction over contractors and subcontractors
- Manage construction schedule and activities
- Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
- Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
