Project Manager

  • The project managers responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Determine/draft and define scope of work and deliverables
    • Predict resources needed to complete project
    • Work with interior designers to establish a design plan/rendering for the finished project. 
    • Coordinate with photographers/videographers for before/after photos as well as social media content creation. 
    • Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
    • Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
    • Maintain detailed expense tracking down to the exact cent/coordinate with the bookkeepers/accountants. 
    • Provide direction over contractors and subcontractors
    • Manage construction schedule and activities
    • Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
    • Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
    • Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
    • Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
